How to order your customized moon phase??

• Provide Date (MM/DD/YYYY), Time Zone, and Approximate Time Of Day (if possible) of the date you wish to celebrate in the custom note box below. We will verify your moon phase and begin production.
• If your date has a “new moon” (i.e., the first and darkest phase of the moon, which would essentially be a black pendant), we will contact you to let you know and give you the option of moving forward with your New Moon or choosing a different date/moon phase.
• Each order includes a card describing the date information and the moon phase.
